Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ListToLead (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Service Description

ListToLead helps real estate agents, landlords, and property managers extract listing details from Realm and post them to Facebook Marketplace. You acknowledge that:

• The Service automates data entry and posting based on the listing you are viewing, and results may not always be perfect.
• You are responsible for reviewing each listing before it is published to Facebook Marketplace.
• The Service may experience downtime for maintenance or updates.

User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Provide accurate and complete information;
• Maintain the security of their account credentials;
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in violation of any third-party platform's terms (such as Facebook);
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service.

Subscriptions & Billing

A free plan is available at no cost. Paid plans (Lite, Standard, and Pro) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled; Enterprise plans are billed per the agreed order. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
